Understanding the Woman Who is Building the Business
Aimee Bateman is renowned for helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential as the founding CEO of Careercake, the UK's #1 career development platform.
You’ve built something real, but somewhere along the way, the business starts running ahead of you. You may be making decisions without stopping to ask what you actually value.
This session is about slowing down. Getting clear on your values compass. The inner beliefs that shape every decision you make, whether you notice it or not.
When a female founder knows who she is, things feel easy. She charges what she's worth. She attracts the right clients. She builds a business that reflects her.
Inner clarity comes first. Outer success follows.
