Cardiff Events
Held at West Bute House Cardiff Bay
We meet the second Wednesday of every month.
10am – 12pm
Our Cardiff events are designed for ambitious women ready to grow personally and professionally while feeling completely at ease.
Each event includes:
- A powerful talk from a female founder or expert speaker
- A mindset or business skills mini-workshop (topics have included: goal setting, Wheel of Life, visibility, web skills & marketing)
- A coaching Q&A session hosted by Crystal and Hels where we tackle your real challenges and share fresh perspectives
- A 60-minute guided connection session to help you network meaningfully
- Plenty of time to chat over tea, coffee, and light snacks
We’ve created an environment that feels more like a retreat than a networking event with views that inspire, and conversations that matter.
Swansea Events
Held at The Lighthouse, overlooking the stunning South Wales coast
We meet the last Wednesday of every month.
10am – 12pm
Our Swansea events are where connection, collaboration, and coastal calm come together.
You’ll experience:
- A featured talk from an inspiring local female founder
- A hands-on skills or mindset workshop run by Crystal or Hels (past topics include visibility, marketing, confidence & clarity)
- Our signature coaching Q&A, giving you space to ask for support and get expert advice in real time
- A welcoming intro session to help you connect with ease and intention
- Refreshments and light bites, because tea, coffee, and biscuits are always welcome!
The Lighthouse venue offers an unmatched coastal vibe -expect natural light and the most incredible sea views.

On October 7th 2026 we will be hosting our full day event for female founders at Llanerch Vineyard - Elevate 2026!
